Margaret Ellison

Margaret co-founded Arborstone Capital Partners and oversees the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio construction. Over a 24-year career she has led more than $4 billion in real estate transactions across multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets.

Prior to Arborstone, she was a Managing Director at a global institutional asset manager, where she built the firm’s Southeast acquisitions platform. She holds an MBA from a leading business school and serves on the boards of two regional land-conservation organizations.
