James manages Arborstone’s ground-up development and major repositioning projects, including the Harborline Commons mixed-use development. He has delivered over 1,800 residential units and 400,000 square feet of commercial space.
He holds a master’s degree in real estate development and began his career as a project manager with a national general contractor.
